Keller New Homes work closely with Local Town Planners and also the Local Authority.

If you have land to sell either brown or green field sites we are able to help with its development and planning application.

Once planning is released Keller New Homes could agree a purchase of the property or alternatively arrange a joint venture with the seller.

Historically Keller New Homes look to develop smaller sites of up to 10 units however we can also help with the development of larger sites by utilising our framework of contacts within the industry.
